1920s Murder Mystery Night

1. Booking 1.1 The full amount is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the Murder Mystery Night. 1.2 All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, non-attendance, or changes to guest numbers. 2. All guests must complete any required pre-orders 14 days prior to the event. 3. Guest Numbers 3.1 No reductions in numbers are permitted after full payment has been made, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. 4. Dietary Requirements 4.1 All dietary requirements and allergies must be provided at the time of final payment, no later than 14 days prior to arrival. 4.2 We cannot guarantee accommodation of dietary requirements notified after this deadline. 5. Transfers & Cancellations 5.1 Bookings and payments are not transferable to another date or event 5.2 Cancellations made at any time will result in the loss of the deposit and any additional payments made. 6. Event Changes 6.1 The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, menu, or timings if necessary. 6.2 In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all monies paid will be refunded in full. 7. Conduct 7.1 Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the event. 7.2 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, with no refund given. 8. Acceptance of Terms 8.1 By making the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
